Each piece is hand-glazed, which creates a subtly unique colour and finish. Slight tonal variations between pieces are a natural characteristic of the glaze process and add to the individuality of each item.
As many of our pieces are handmade, appearance may vary slightly from the images shown. We suggest using the listed dimensions as your guide for sizing.
Delivery
Delivery starts from £10.50, with free delivery on all orders over £50.
We aim to get your order to you within 12–20 days of ordering. Once dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your order's progress.

Returns
To request a return, please contact our team within 14 days of delivery. Once your return has been approved, we will provide the return instructions and address.
Items must be dispatched for return within 5 working days of approval, in a resaleable condition, using a tracked and insured delivery service. Return costs are usually the customer's responsibility, and the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
Once received and approved, we will arrange a refund to your original payment method or a replacement where available. Original delivery and customs charges are non-refundable, and promotional discounts may be adjusted on partial returns.
